NeedStreet is committed to protecting your privacy and recognises that your privacy on this health portal (referred henceforth as "the platform") is important. This information will not be disclosed except for relevant reasons described in section "Information Sharing"

c) Platform Usage information

You will be required to submit your email address during the registration process. This information is used solely by NeedStreet and will not be sold to any third party. As part of platform usage, you may also be required to set up a user account, the credentials for which may be considered personal information.

In order to provide certain services we may collect personal Information. When you send email or other communication to NeedStreet we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. The information is stored on NeedStreet servers and is sent to and from such servers as part of routine product communications that enable software functionality.

In addition, we may use your contact information for promotion of, and provide you with information about, our products and services, including but not limited to our service. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.

  • If you are a registered platform User, we may share your personal information with Heath Providers registered with NeedStreet that perform certain services on behalf of Consumers. Sharing this information allows them to provide you the service you have requested or signed up for. The information we share is generally personal information relevant to diagnosis of your health and health information needed to provide health monitoring and other services.
  • If you are a registered Health Provider, we may share your personal information with Consumers requesting services through NeedStreet. Sharing this information with Consumers helps them to assess Health Provider quality and select the Health Provider to perform the service they need. Further, if interested,contact information or necessary information to proceed with availing your services may be provided.
  • We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and management, site analysis etc. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
  • We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of NeedStreet or a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
  • If NeedStreet becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, personal information will be transferred to the new entity for the performance of service.
  • We may share your personal information with any company or legal entity under the management and or control of NeedStreet or its owners, for any purpose permitted by this Privacy Policy.

5. Restriction on the basis of age

If you are residing in a jurisdiction which restricts the use of Internet-based applications according to age, or which restricts the ability to enter into agreements such as this agreement according to age and You are in such a jurisdiction and under such age limit, You may not enter into this Agreement and use the NeedStreet Software. By entering into this Agreement You explicitly state that You have verified in Your own jurisdiction that Your use of the NeedStreet Software is allowed.

If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to us, he or she can contact us via email or postal mail as listed below. We will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to anyone who is under the age limit to use Internet-based applications.

Our website may contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorisation or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information from you. In the event of any material or substantial change in the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, NeedStreet may notify you by posting an announcement of the changes on the Service. If NeedSteet becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, personal information required for providing the Services without any interruption will also be transferred and it may become subject to a different privacy policy. Information regarding any such merger, acquisition, or sale would be put up on the website of NeedStreet.

8. Contacting NeedStreet

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify NeedStreet immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. NeedStreet is in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorised use of your user account and password.
